[Openmcl-devel] Request for info: package local-nicknames (for ASDF)

Check for feature :PACKAGE-LOCAL-NICKNAMES.

They are supported in the yet-unreleased 1.12 branch - you need to clone
the CCL repository's master branch, grab the newest 1.12 bootstrapping
binaries from the GitHub releases page, and then build CCL from source.
