[Openmcl-devel] Clozure 1.3 on Win32: still Release Candidate?

Hi,

I've followed the instructions at:

http://trac.clozure.com/openmcl/wiki/ReleaseNotes/1.3

and downloaded  Clozure 1.3 by Svn . When I run wx86cl.exe I get this message:

> Welcome to Clozure Common Lisp Version 1.3-RC1-r11719M  (WindowsX8632)!

RC1: Release Candidate

It is a  simple refuse, isn't it?
